Welcome to This Week In Pop.

This week, it’s four straight weeks on top of the ARIA Albums Chart for Taylor Swift’s '1989 (Taylor’s Version)', the longest she has spent at #1 with a re-recorded album, while Aussie rapper Chillinit scores the highest new entry of the week.

Chillinit steps onto the chart at #3 with his mixtape '420DNA'. He has racked up three top 10 albums: 'The Octagon' hit #2 in 2020, 'Full Circle' also peaked at #3 also in 2020 and 'Family Ties' got to #5 in 2021.

Drake’s 'For All The Dogs' bounces back up the chart from #21 to #4 thanks to the release of the 'Scary Hours' edition with six additional tracks. The album hit #1 for one week in October, becoming his fifth chart-topper here.

Coldplay are the latest to experience the tour effect, with 'Live In Buenos Aires' soaring from #43 to a new peak of #7 following the band’s two sold-out concerts in Perth (they will return to Australia late next year for four shows).
