This week, Amy Shark's new album debuts at #1 and there's new work from Ariana Grande, the cast of 'Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again' and Adam Brand.

#1: Amy Shark ‘Love Monster’ (Debut) – Queensland singer-songwriter Amy Shark takes out her first #1 on the ARIA Charts with debut album, 'Love Monster'. Featuring ‘Adore’ (#3 February ’17) and ‘I Said Hi’ (#6 June ’18), the album is Shark’s second Albums Chart appearance, following the 'Night Thinker' EP (#2 May ’17). It features Mark Hoppus of Blink 182 on the track ‘Psycho’.#4: Soundtrack ‘Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again’ (Debut) – The soundtrack to 'Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again' hits the chart in the same week the film is released. The follow-up to 'Mamma Mia!' (#1 July ’08) features performances of ABBA songs by the cast, which includes Lily James, Amanda Seyfried, Julie Walters, Meryl Streep, Cher, Colin Firth, Pierce Brosnan and more.
#6: Adam Brand ‘Milestones...20 Years’ (Debut) – Adam Brand celebrates two decades since his self-titled debut (#44 February ’99) with 'Milestones...20 Years'. The two disc set features tracks from throughout the country artist’s career, including from his five Top Ten studio albums, 'Blame It On Eve' (#10 January ’08), 'There Will Be Love' (#4 August ’12), 'My Side Of The Street' (#5 August ’14), 'Adam Brand And The Outlaws' (#6 January ’16) and 'Get On Your Feet' (#7 February ’17).
This week's single chartifacts
#1: Drake ‘In My Feelings’ – Moving up two spots from last week, ‘In My Feelings’ becomes Drake’s fourth #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart. The track also gives the Canadian rapper a third #1 single for 2018, following ‘God’s Plan’ (#1 February ’18) and ‘Nice For What’ (#1 April ’18). He topped the chart with ‘One Dance’ (#1 May ’16).#4: Dean Lewis ‘Be Alright’ – Three weeks into its run in the Top 50, Dean Lewis’ ‘Be Alright’ moves up one spot to claim a new peak at #4.
#5: Ariana Grande ‘God Is A Woman’ (Debut) – Ariana Grande picks up her second Top Ten entry for 2018 with ‘God Is A Woman’. Like ‘No Tears Left To Cry’ (#1 April ’18), the new single comes from Grande’s forthcoming fourth album, 'Sweetener', due for release on 17 August. The track is Grande’s seventh Top Ten as a lead artist.
#8: Amy Shark ‘I Said Hi’ – With her debut album, 'Love Monster', claiming #1 on this week’s Albums Chart, Amy Shark’s current single jumps back up 18 spots to return to the Top Ten for a seventh week.
