Welcome to This Week In Pop.

Metal is on the menu this week as Australian icons Parkway Drive debut at #1 with Ozzy Osbourne following closely at #2, while TikTok drives David Guetta and Bebe Rexha to the top of the Singles Chart.

Parkway Drive’s seventh studio album, 'Darker Still', marks the band’s third consecutive #1 album following 2018’s 'Reverence'.

Ozzy Osbourne’s 13th studio album, 'Patient Number 9', comes in at #2 after 2020’s 'Ordinary Man' peaked at #4 on the Albums Chart. The Prince of Darkness has only hit the ARIA Albums Top 10 twice, but as lead singer of Black Sabbath he racked up a string of Top 10 Albums in the 1970s, hitting the top spot in 1972 with 'Vol. 4'.

David Guetta and Bebe Rexha’s 'I’m Good (Blue)' takes #1 on the Singles Chart, following viral success on TikTok, after a clip of the track clocked over 500 million views on the platform.
