#1: Wet Leg ‘Wet Leg’ – Releasing their debut self-titled album, British indie rock duo Wet Leg debut at #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart. Formed on the Isle of Wight in 2019 by guitarists/vocalists/songwriters Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers, Wet Leg released their first single, ‘Chaise Longue’, in June 2021. They're scheduled to tour Australia in July, performing at Splendour In The Grass, a number of headline shows and as support for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.#8: Short Stack ‘Maybe There’s No Heaven’ – Australian pop punk band Short Stack debut at #8 with 'Maybe There’s No Heaven'. The Sydney trio’s fourth album is their first to be released since the announcement in February 2020 that they would reunite for a second time. Originally slated for release in February 2022, the album was delayed to coincide with the band’s national tour which kicks off in June. 'Maybe There’s No Heaven' is the band’s fourth Top Ten ARIA Album Chart placement, having previously charted with 'Stack Is The New Black' (#1 August ’09), 'This Is Bat Country' (#6 November ‘10) and 'Homecoming' (#5 August ‘15).

#1: Jack Harlow ‘First Class’ – American rapper Jack Harlow claims his first ever #1 in Australia as he hits the top spot on the ARIA Singles Charts with ‘First Class’. It’s the second single to come from Harlow’s forthcoming second album, Come Home The Kids Miss You, due for release on 6 May. It becomes Harlow’s second solo Top Ten entry following ‘Whats Poppin’ (#8 July ‘20). ‘First Class’ is one of two Top Ten entries Harlow this week, with his collaboration with Lil Nas X, ‘Industry Baby’ sitting at #10.Top 10 Albums
