This week's album chartifacts

#1: Kylie Minogue ‘Step Back In Time: The Definitive Collection’ (Debut) – ARIA Hall Of Fame member Kylie Minogue snares her sixth #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart with 'Step Back In Time: The Definitive Collection'. The career-spanning set features all ten of her Australian #1 singles, as well as duets with Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Jason Donovan and Robbie Williams, and new track ‘New York City’. Kylie Minogue has previously hit #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart with 'Light Years', 'Fever', 'X', 'Kiss Me Once', and 'Golden'.
#3: Chris Brown ‘Indigo’ (Debut) – Chris Brown takes out a sixth Top Ten album on the ARIA Charts with 'Indigo'. It’s the American performer’s ninth album and first since 'Heartbreak On A Full Moon' (#5 November ’17).
#4: The Black Keys ‘Let’s Rock’ (Debut) – American rock band The Black Keys return with their first album in five years, 'Let's Rock'. The follow-up to the duo’s first #1 album 'Turn Blue' (May ’14) is their fourth Top Ten in Australia, having also charted with 'Brothers' (#8 May ’10) and 'El Camino' (#3 February ’12).
#10: P!nk ‘Beautiful Trauma’ – P!nk’s 'Beautiful Trauma' jumps back into the chart at #10. It’s the former #1 album’s 25th week in the Top Ten.

This week's single chartifacts

#1: Lil Nas X ‘Old Town Road’ – Lil Nas X’s ‘Old Town Road’ holds #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart for an eleventh week. This now puts the American rapper level with Bryan Adams’ ‘Everything I Do (I Do It For You)’ (#1 July ’91), the Spice Girls’ ‘Wannabe’ (#1 November ’96) and Drake’s ‘God’s Plan’ (#1 February ’18) for weeks spent in the top spot.
#4: Ed Sheeran Feat. Khalid ‘Beautiful People’ (Debut) – Ahead of the release of his album 'No.6 Collaborations Project' next week, Ed Sheeran scores a third Singles Chart entry from it, with ‘Beautiful People’. Featuring American artist Khalid, the track follows the album’s previous singles – ‘I Don’t Care’ (#1 May ’19) and ‘Cross Me’ (#5 June ’19) – into the Top Ten.
#7: Meduza Feat. Goodboys ‘Piece Of Your Heart’ – In its seventh week in the Top 50, ‘Piece Of Your Heart’ by Italian trio Meduza moves up two spots to claim another new peak at #7.
