Gamilaraay artist Thelma Plum returns to the road to promote her 2024 album 'I'm Sorry, Now Say It Back' with a stack of regional dates this winter.
The nine-time ARIA Awards nominated artist will headline concerts in Margaret River, Wollongong, Albury, Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay, Castlemaine, Ballarat, Barwon Heads, Central Coast, Port Macquarie, Gippsland, Frankston and Shepparton as well as Perth and Canberra.In addition, she’ll be playing festival sets at the Kimberly Moon Experience in WA’s Kunnunurra, Barunga Festival in Northern Territory and the renowned Dark Mofo in Tasmania’s Launceston.
"I am a country girl at heart, and I love touring, and I'm so excited to take my band out on this extended jaunt through the country," Thelma says.
"My album tour last year was so much fun and it didn't seem fair to not try and visit as many places as we could. I can't believe I actually get to go to some of these places and sing! What a dream!"
Thelma's sophomore album,'I'm Sorry, Now Say It Back' features the cuts 'We Don't Talk About It', 'Nobody's Baby', 'Freckles' and 'Hurricane'. In her own words, Thelma's latest album was "created with love, heartache, forgiveness and care in mind".
With a back catalogue of hits that includes 'Homecoming Queen', 'Clumsy Love', 'Better In Blak', 'Not Angry Anymore', 'Don't Let A Good Girl Down' and 'Maddie's Lullaby', Thelma is renowned for her enchanting live shows.
