A couple of icons of Australian music, The Waifs and Kasey Chambers, have teamed up for a one-off, special show under the stars at Pioneer Women’s Memorial, Kings Park & Botanic Garden in Perth this February.
It’s been a historic year for The Waifs. The band celebrated its 25th anniversary with the release of their eighth album, 'Ironbark', which debuted at #1 on the ARIA album chart, their first release ever to do so.

"We’ve gotten used to our fans being along on our side and being so supportive," The Waifs' Donna Simpson says. "They’re there with us. This album is pretty much a big thank you. Thank you to everyone who’s ever come along to shows or bought our previous albums to help us survive 25 years as a band."
Kasey Chambers also topped the ARIA album chart in 2017, with her 11th LP 'Dragonfly' becoming her fifth number #1 album release.
Produced by Kasey’s brother, Nash Chambers, the double album featured guest appearances from Paul Kelly, Ed Sheeran, Vika and Linda Bull, Keith Urban and Foy Vance. Click here to read our July 2017 interview with Kasey.
