Australian rockers The Vanns are bringing their live show to regional audiences in 2024 as part of a 21-date run of shows.
The 'Fake Friends' and 'Keep My Cool' band will criss-cross throughout Victoria, Western Australia, New South Wales (plus Canberra) and Queensland from February to April – with a number of gigs in outer-suburban city locations as well."In the words of Thin Lizzy, the boys (us) are back in town, more specifically, regional Australian towns," shares The Vanns, who'll visit such places as Gippsland, Torquay, Ballarat, Margaret River, Tamworth, Port Macquarie, Airlie Beach, Townsville and Sunshine Coast.
"We're gonna be heading all around Australia, and hitting some dots on the map that we've never played before, so grab your tickets and we can't bloody wait to see y'all there!"
2023 has been a touchstone year for the South Coast group, who have built on their 17th most played artist on triple j in 2022, releasing their sophomore album 'Last Of Your Kind' (that charted #8 ARIA Albums Chart and #2 Australian Albums Chart) that was long-listed for the Australian Music Prize.
The Vanns also owned their Splendour performance that saw crowds spilling out from the tent – that set has been released as part of triple j's Live At The Wireless series.
