Currently in the country on a whirlwind visit promoting their new album 'No Sound Without Silence', The Script have announced they'll be returning to Australia in 2015 for an all ages national tour (hopefully they'll be able to play their Melbourne show this time.
The Dublin-raised, London-based trio – Danny O’Donoghue, Mark Sheehan and Glen Power – has not lost an ounce of momentum since the release of their debut self-titled album in 2008. Shooting straight to the top of the charts in Ireland and the UK, the debut released featured iconic hits like ‘The Man Who Can’t Be Moved’ and ‘Breakeven (Falling to Pieces)’.
Despite having been handpicked to open for the likes of U2 and Paul McCartney, The Script have well and truly proved why they deserved to be headliners in their own right.
Labrinth
Joining The Script on their tour of Australia and New Zealand will be UK musician and producer Labrinth. Responsible for some huge collaborations and tracks in the last year Labrinth has played Glastonbury, V, Bestival, Global Gathering and Wireless and is at home on the stage.
