The National Announces 2018 Australian Tour Dates

Indie-rock band The National will return to Australia in 2018 for shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.


The tour follows the release of The National's seventh LP, 'Sleep Well Beast' that comes out on Friday, 8 September. 'Sleep Well Beast' is an inspired break-up album produced by band member Aaron Dessner with co-production by Byrce Dessner and Matt Beringer.

Formed in 1999 The National are an indie-rock band made up of five members including Matt Beringer (lead singer), Aaron (guitar, bass, keys) and Bryce Dessner (guitar), and Scott (bass, guitar) and Bryan Devendorf (drums). Starting from humbled beginnings The National are continuing to climb their way up to victory.
