Legendary alternative rockers The Jesus And Mary Chain return to Australia next year, bringing their trademark searing, feedback-drenched rock & roll for a national tour.
Led by brothers William and Jim Reid, The Jesus And Mary Chain were at the vanguard of post-punk, concocting formulas of noisy, effects-driven scores to accompany lyrics of angst and discontent.
From the 1985 debut 'Psychocandy' right up to their most recent album 2017's 'Damage & Joy', The Jesus And Mary Chain are consistent purveyors of cutting-edge alternative rock.
The Jesus And Mary Chain undertake a five-city national tour next year in March (plus Golden Plains Festival), thrilling audiences with a setlist bursting with classics such as 'Just Like Honey', 'April Skies', 'Head On', 'Darklands', 'Happy When It Rains', 'Some Candy Talking', 'Far Gone And Out', 'Reverence' and many more.
General tickets go on sale Friday 2 November from 9am local time. Click here for more information.
