The Human League

Synthpop pioneers, The Human League return to Australia in 2027.

The band responsible for the mega hit 'Don't Want You Want' will perform a greatest hits show in Perth, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane.

"Australia! Heads up! We are thrilled to announce we'll be returning down under in January and February 2027 for our Generations Greatest Hits Tour!"

One of the first bands to embrace electronic technologies and forge a mainstream audience in the 1980s, these will be the group's first Australian shows since a sold-out run 2024.

The Human League were among the first to successfully use computers and sequencers to create rhythm and melody, redefining modern pop in the process.

It led to a string of classic releases including 1981 hit 'Don't Want You Want' alongside the likes of 'Human', '"(Keep Feeling) Fascination', 'Love Action', 'Mirror Man', 'The Lebanon' and 'Seconds'.

Australian audiences can expect an unforgettable night featuring founding members Philip Oakey, Joanne Catherall, and Susan Ann Sulley.

Tickets on sale from 9am (local time) on 6 February.
