Brisbane rockers The Dollar Bill Murrays are partnering with local brewery All Inn Brewing Co. to raise money for Australian music industry charity Support Act.
On Thursday 14 December the band and All Inn will officially launch their collaboration beer - Bill F. Murray Malt Liquor at Brisbane bar The End.
All proceeds from the beer sold will be donated to Support Act - a charity helping musicians and artists that are facing hardship through mental health, illness or other crises.
When Bill F. Murray Malt Liquor becomes available nationally in January, a percentage of proceeds from beer sales will also continue to be donated to Support Act.
"The team at All Inn have been making great brews for years, so when they reached out to see if we were keen to guest brew a beer with them we jumped at the chance," the band says.
"Through their generosity, we feel privileged to be able to give back to the local and national music community we’re so proud to be a part of.
"We’ve all personally had friends go through some rough patches, and knowing Support Act is out there really means a lot; being able to do this through a tasty beer is the... well, froth on top!"
