British rockers The Darkness are strapping themselves in for another trip around Australia.
Slated to appear down under in October, The Darkness will headline concerts in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth.
"Our last, ill-fated Antipodean excursion in 2020 was cruelly truncated," begins frontman Justin Hawkins.
"We've spent 2.5 years deflated. Our appetite for rock has largely gone unsated.
"Well, for too long you have waited to witness the atmosphere created, by us, rock's most underrated.
"And I am truly elated to announce that we shall return in October to deliver our solid gold plated ROCK – see you there!"
Fans can expect the group's blazing guitar riffs, soaring falsettos and unbridled rock & roll extravagance including their mega hits 'I Believe In A Thing Called Love' and 'Love Is Only A Feeling' as well as material from their most recent record last year's 'Motorheart'.
