One of the first Australia's indie bands to meld dreamy pop, angular rock, and hazy shoegaze in the early '90s, The Clouds will reconvene to celebrate their 35th anniversary late 2025.
Led by original members Jodi Phillis (guitar, vocals) and Trish Young (bass, vocals) and joined by band stalwarts Dave Easton (guitar) and Raphael Whittingham (drums), The Clouds will headline concerts in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in November."We're thrilled to announce a few special shows to celebrate the musical adventure we began 35 years ago! A band who were nominated for Breakthrough Artist (1992) and Best Adult Alternative Album (1994) at the ARIA Awards, fans can expect to hear all The Clouds' classics; from 'Hieronymus', 'Red Serenade', and 'Say It', to 'Souleater', 'Anthem', and 'Cloud Factory' plus much more.
