Nashville indie rock trio The Band CAMINO return to Australia early 2026.
A month away from the release of their new studio album 'NeverAlways', the '2/14' and 'See Through' hitmakers will headline concerts in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Fremantle. These will be the band's first Australian concerts since their March 2024 tour – read our review of the Brisbane concert. "'NeverAlways' – the new album and world tour. With nearly one billion career streams, The Band CAMINO – Jeffery Jordan, Spencer Stewart, and Garrison Burgess – have teased their new record 'NeverAlways' (to be released 25 July, pre-order it) with the double single drop 'Stupid Questions / Hates Me Yet (222)'.
"Both 'Stupid Questions' and 'Hates Me Yet (222)' came from a similar headspace – that spiral you slip into when you care a little too much and think a little too hard," Jeffery explains.
"We wanted these songs and their visuals to capture the way overthinking can feel both ridiculous and heavy at the same time. . . two sides to the same door, except one's a smirk and the other's a blow to the chest."
The 'NeverAlways' era kicked off last month with 'Infinity', co-written with longtime collaborators Seth Ennis and Schmidt and 'Baggy Jeans', co-written with Captain Cuts. The new album also features collaborators Jonah Shy (Role Model, Shawn Mendes) and Gabe Simon (Noah Kahan, Gracie Abrams).
"All at once, the music is the juxtaposition of who we've been, where we're going, and where we're headed," Jordan continues. "We wouldn't have made this record five years ago. It's a perfect snapshot of what we're listening to, how our tastes have matured, and how we've evolved. We're continuing to take people on a journey."
