Just days before sending fans into a frenzy by dropping their highly anticipated third album 'A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships', English pop mavericks The 1975 have announced a huge run of 2019 Australian shows.
The tour will mark the band's first trip here since 2016, just before front-man Matty Healy and his troops were about to release their second full-length project 'I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It'.
'A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships' arrives amid the band's 'Music For Cars' era; a period of performance and release that will encapsulate not only the third but also the upcoming fourth album 'Notes On A Conditional Form', due for release in May 2019.
If all goes to plan, the boys will land in Australia with two new albums full of material to show off.
Tickets go on sale 27 November.
