Quickly emerging punk-rock stars, Teen Jesus And The Jean Teasers will tour nationally this spring.
The band – who are nominated for Breakthrough Independent Artist Of The Year and Best Independent Punk Album or EP at the 2023 AIR Awards – will headline concerts in Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Margaret River, Fremantle and Sydney from late October. They're also slated to support Foo Fighters at their Melbourne stadium concert in early December.
Teen Jesus And The Jean Teasers have also shared their new single and video, 'I Used To Be Fun' that is the opening track from their forthcoming debut album, 'I Love You'.
"'I Used To Be Fun' is about getting older and redefining the way you have fun," shares the band.
"We have all noticed in the past year or so, going from 22 to 23, that fun looks really different sometimes when you start to get older.
"It's about missing your past self who would go out every night and have a fully charged social battery, rather than seeing the fun in staying home alone."
Tickets are on sale from 9am (local time) 28 July.
'I Love You' is released 6 October. Pre-order it.
