Ten days before YesFest was set to go ahead, it has been reported that the marriage equality-themed concert has been cancelled due to poor ticket sales.
It was due to be held at Spotless Stadium in Sydney on Sunday 29 October and was expected to be streamed in its entirety through YouTube.
All the event’s performers have donated to various LGBTQI+ charities and the Australian Marriage Equality organisation.
