Update - 20 February, 2020: Britpop legends Supergrass have announced a second and final Melbourne show (30 April).
After reforming last September (after a ten-year split), Britpop legends Supergrass are returning to Australia this autumn for a 5-day headline national tour (alongside their appearance at Groovin The Moo).
Supergrass will perform in Fremantle, Melbourne, Sydney, Wollongong and Brisbane, performing such iconic hits as 'Lenny', 'Going Out', 'Richard III', 'Pumping On Your Stereo' and 'Sun Hits The Sky'.
It's been 25 years since Supergrass released their debut studio album 'I Should Coco', which landed at #1 on the UK album chart.
The English rockers will be joined by Aussie alt-rock legends Rocket Science.
Just moments before the band's surprise reunion show at Glastonbury's Pilton Party in September, frontman Gaz Coombes told NME: "We've had an intense week of rehearsing to get back into the swing and it's sounding pretty amazing.
"We just plugged in and started playing, and you just feel those moves that we all play together. It's like our legs are tied with rope. It's quite bizarre, but I guess that chemistry never goes away."
