Global superstar Jelly Roll will headline a Sunburnt Country event in Townsville, as part of his highly anticipated inaugural tour of Australia.
A Grand Ole Opry artist, who was nominated for Best New Artist at 2023 Grammy Awards, Jelly Roll has won three CMT Music Awards as well as being named People's Choice Awards' Male Country Artist Of The Year in 2024.
An artist who has overcome a turbulent early adulthood marked by crime and incarnation, Roll has released ten studio albums, his most recent being 2024's 'Beautifully Broken' (#1 on the Billboard 200 All Genre Chart) that features joints with Ilsey, Wiz Khalifa and MGK, the extended version also featuring tracks with Halsey and Keith Urban.
Jelly has also released a swag of collab bangers including 'Wild Ones' (with Jessie Murph), 'Bloodline' (with Alex Warren), 'Lonely Road' (with MGK), 'Losers' (with Post Malone) and 'Save Me' (with Lainey Wilson).
Jelly Roll will bring a stellar line-up of acts to the Townsville event – including Shaboozey, Busby Marou, and Drew Baldridge.

“It’s events like these that we want to attract in the lead up to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, showcasing Queensland as Australia’s home of major events.”
Jelly Roll’s Townsville date will take place at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
“Jelly Roll is a huge, world-class artist with a reputation for exceptional live performances, and we can’t wait to set the stage for an unforgettable night,” the venue’s General Manager Cameron Jones says.
“Not only is Townsville country music mad, our city absolutely throws its support behind live music at our venue, as we’ve seen from acts like P!NK and The Killers, so we’re sure tickets for Jelly Roll will be snapped up quickly.”
