SummerSalt Concert Series Adds Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne Legs In 2022

The SummerSalt Concert Series is bringing the action to Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Ballarat with added dates.

SummerSalt has always strived to be all about delivering fine Aussie artists in scenic locations around the country, and these added dates will contribute to that.

They promise to be a great day out with live music, plenty of basking in the sun, and the opportunity to either dance the day and night away or kick back and soak it all up.

Singer-songwriter Missy Higgins will perform at all of these new dates, as will fellow performer and multi-instrumentalist Xavier Rudd, indie act Tulliah, folk-rockers The Waifs and alt-rockers Birds Of Tokyo.



“After powering through a tumultuous time for live concerts, we are so excited to return,” Promoter John Zaccaria says.

“We’re all keen to get back to enjoying fun days out with friends and some of Australia’s best live music. We have another top line-up of homegrown Aussie talent to bring and can’t wait to see music fans out again making sensational summer memories with their mates.”

Hitting up the Canberra and Ballarat dates will be multi platinum-selling Pete Murray, armed with new music and a back catalogue of music sure to have fans singing at the top of their lungs.



Audiences in Canberra, Ballarat and Sydney can look forward to witnessing indie-folk duo The Dreggs, formed in 2017 and made up of Paddy Macrae and Zane Harris.

Meanwhile, country songstress Kasey Chambers is treating fans in Sydney to an exclusive show and one of the most successful independent artists in Australia's history, John Butler, will take to the stage in Melbourne.

Tickets for Ballarat and Melbourne are on sale now. Tickets for Canberra and Sydney go on sale 30 October at 10am.
