Grammy nominated Canadian electronic music duo, Sultan + Shepard return to Australia this March.
The melodic house and progressive pairing of Ossama Al Sarraf and Ned Shepard will perform their renowned DJ set – which they've taken to Tomorrowland, Ultra and Electric Daisy Carnival – in Melbourne and Sydney.Last year, the pair (who have remixed tracks for the likes of Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Lady Gaga, and Madonna) released the third instalment of their 'Circle In Time' album trilogy, 'Endless, Dawn' bringing together 2021 record 'Something, Everything' and 2023 LP 'Forever, Now'.
Across the three-disc set, Sultan + Shepard have collaborated with the likes of Fractures, Nathan Nicholson, Richard Walters, Julia Church, Andrew Belle, Delhia De France, Shallou, Elderbrook, Panama, LANKS and The Kite String Tangle.
"We always imagined these three albums as one body of work, and putting them together like this feels like the directors cut – a complete story told with all the extra scenes and storylines," Sultan + Shepard posted last year.
"We loved the idea that someone could press play and listen to all three albums in one go, or hit shuffle and just mix it all up; and seeing the vinyl box set in person as we first imagined it has been a truly emotional experience.
"Reading all of your comments about which song/ memory is your favourite from these three albums brings back so many memories for us. It also reminds us how much the making of these albums really changed us as artists and people.
"Knowing how much this music has become a part of your lives as well is incredibly important and meaningful to us. However you end up listening to this work, we hope you know that we're on this journey together with you and we can't wait to keep creating new special moments to share together. Love, Ossama and Ned."
Tickets on sale from 12pm AEDT on 24 January.
