Coffee lovers and music aficionados of Brisbane... do you have plans this Saturday?
Why not check out Stonehouse Music Supply, the latest adventure from Stones Corner. The music shop/ cafe/ all-round community hang, which soft launched earlier this month, has its grand opening this Saturday (1 December, from 10am).
Chris Trupp, Stonehouse's proprietor, wanted to offer a space that “encourages community and connection between musicians and creatives, while also being a fully stocked musical instrument showroom”.
Stonehouse was built on Chris' three prime tenets: music, coffee, and community. “The cafe has dedicated spaces to sit and enjoy a coffee and locally baked delights with mates, while the music store has carefully thought-out features and a fully sound-proofed demo room.”

Chris has brought in Fox Coffee, Native Supply Co, and Stella's Pastry to create a cafe that could rival “any top specialty coffee joints in Brisbane”.
As for equipment? “We’re stocking boutique brands such as Tone King amps, A&F Drums, Suhr Guitars and heaps more,” Chris says.
To celebrate, this Saturday Stonehouse will have a tonne of music gear deals as well as cheap coffee (think $2 cheap).
