After releasing their new album 'Lekkerboy' last month, Aussie rockers Sticky Fingers will return with a run of shows nationally in July.
The group will headline dates in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne. "Australia we can't wait! Get 'em while you can."The release of 'Lekkerboy' ended a three-year hiatus for the band and was written/ recorded throughout the pandemic at various locations across the world.
"Even when the world stops our story keeps unravelling and we're good at capturing that story," Beaker says.
"'Lekkerboy' is open to your own interpretation and the poetry is left for the taking. . . But for me this album is raw and already feels nostalgic.
"It's f...ing big and full of heart."
Adds Freddy: "'Lekkerboy' is our biggest and longest album yet which I know fans have been gaggin' for.
"I'm so proud of what we've achieved, and I can't wait to take it to the world. It's time to bop!"
Tickets on sale from 10am (local time) on 12 May.
