Strap yourself in Australia 'cause the 'wildest, wettest, and dirtiest' big hair, heavy metal outfit stalking the planet is finally headed down under.
Yes siree, Steel Panther return to Australia after a number of on-again, off-again tour announces thwarted by the pesky spicy flu.The Los Angeles band will headline their biggest shows yet in Oz playing Newcastle, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne this October.
Originally scheduled to land with Sevendust, the American rockers are no longer available but have been replaced by the suitably rockin' legendary Victorian band Airbourne.
"After blazing through Europe and rocking 100,000 strong sold-out crowds together at gargantuan festivals like Hellfest, Download, we're finally bringing the mega hard rock and heavy metal party of the year down to Oz," proclaims Airbourne.
"If you love POWER CHORDS, POWER DRINKING and POWER ROCKING then YOU ARE INVITED to the Airbourne and Steel Panther POWER PARTY! Rock you HARD in ROCKTOBER!"
The Brisbane leg of the tour will feature a mini festival of sorts featuring an extended line-up of Dead Letter Circus, Devilskin, Lagerstein and Bare Bones.
