American pop-punk heavyweights, State Champs will return down under this spring – and they're bringing their fellow American contemporaries The Maine for a co-headline five-date national tour.
Fresh from releasing their newest studio album 'Kings Of The New Age', State Champs' local fans can expect cuts from that record as well as all their sing-along bangers."Oi Oz! We have been waiting, we have been listening and now we are excited to announce we're headed back down under for the first time in three years!" declares State Champs.
"Couldn't be more pumped to say we are coming with our friends in The Maine for a week of rowdy shows. Now who has a shoe for me to drink a beer out of?"
Adds The Maine: "We are so stoked to be coming back to Australia in September for a co-headlining tour with our friends State Champs! It's been way too long. Where will we see you!?"
The good news doesn't end there for alternative music fans, with Manchester's emo power-pop duo Hot Milk joining the tour alongside emerging Melbourne pop-punk band Paperweight.
Tickets on sale from 10am (local time) on 1 July.
