The ultimate '90s alt-rock festival, Spring Loaded returns in 2020 after the sold-out success of the inaugural event in Queensland last year, and expands to include a Sydney leg.
Aussie rock royalty in the form of Grinspoon and You Am I will headline the return to Bribie Island's Sandstone Point Hotel as well as the first Sydney edition at The Lawn @ Royal Randwick. Fellow '90s legends Magic Dirt and Screamfeeder will also appear at both concerts.Spring Loaded is the soundtrack of your 15-year-old self, living life through the bands plastered all over your bedroom walls.
So get off your 'Berlin Chair', dust off your Dr. Martens, dig up an old 'Comfort Me' flanno and rip some holes in your jeans; it's time to go back to when 'Life Was Better'.
Each leg will also feature a slew of old-school rock acts, brought together for the ultimate nostalgia trip.
The Brisbane show will feature Regurgitator, Shihad, The Fauves and The Meanies; while Sydney welcomes Custard, Frenzal Rhomb, Tumbleweed and Caligula.
