Fresh from gallivanting around the UK-Europe with The Terrys, indie reggae-rock band South Summit turn their attention to their Australian fans with a national tour this winter.
The 'River Days' and 'Givin' It Up' hitmakers will headline concerts in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Fremantle this July, promoting their forthcoming new album 'Run It Back', which releases 12 June (pre-order it).
"Australia! You asked, we listened. We're running it back this July for our sophomore album tour. Five of the biggest headline shows we've ever done. Let's avv it. See yas out there 🏔️."
The band are entering a new phase, incorporating their new material into the sets alongside their streaming hits and fan favourites.
"Taking our second album 'Run It Back' on the road feels like a turning point for us," band member Nemo says.
"These songs have lived with us for so long, playing these tracks for the first time is always a moment. We can feel it shift from something personal to something shared.
"That energy is everything, and to be doing it on some of the biggest stages in Australia and soon to be new countries is wild. It's a reminder of how far we’ve come."
So far, South Summit have teased the new album with the singles 'Top of The Hill', 'We Are' and newest release, 'On The Dash'.
