American rhythm & blues, soul musician Son Little returns to Australia this spring.
His first tour down under since 2016, and already revealed as part of Wanderer Festival's 2023 line-up, the 'Mad About You' and 'Lay Down' groover will headline concerts in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in September."My first (solo) trip down under was unforgettable and this time I'm bringing the band and it's gonna be even better."
The award-winning musician and Philadelphia-based producer's most recent studio album was 2022's 'Like Neptune', a collection of songs he created using apps on his iPad while micro dosing LSD and immersing himself in the sounds of ‘70s era David Bowie and psychedelic Amazonian cumbia of the same period.
"I've always felt as though I was making music because I had to, something inside compelled me. Fuelled me," Son Little says. "This the first time in a long time I'm making music for the pure joy of creating."
