After being forced to cancel their Australian tour last month a day prior to flying out, English shoegaze band Slowdive have rescheduled their tour dates.
Originally slated to perform as part of the inaugural Daydream Festival (alongside Modest Mouse and others) and their own select headline dates, the band's trip was postponed after drummer Simon Scott sustained a back injury that didn't allow him to perform or travel."We are thrilled to announce new dates this July," Slowdive says. "We've upgraded our shows in Sydney and Adelaide. All tickets previously booked remain valid for Perth, Adelaide and Sydney."
Set to play Glastonbury and Fuji Rock at either end of this tour, Slowdive will also headline concerts in Brisbane and Melbourne while they're down under.

All existing tickets already purchased remain valid for the new dates.
Tickets on sale from 9am (local time) on 2 June.
