Skrillex is being sued by someone who takes those 'No Stage Diving' signs really, really seriously.
Jennifer Fraissl has filed a lawsuit against the dubstep phenomenon, who she says landed on top of her after he took a flying leap off stage during a performance at Los Angeles venue The Belasco in February 2012.
Fraissl says she was standing near the front when Skrillex — aka Sonny Moore — beckoned the crowd forward, making it impossible for her to leave or protect herself. She claims to have suffered several injuries when he landed on her, including a stroke as a result of the trauma.
She's suing both Skrillex and the venue, claiming they failed to prevent the performer from acting recklessly. She's seeking unspecified damages to cover medical expenses and loss of income.
TMZ have unearthed a video of Skrillex's stage diving antics from the night — take a look just in case you get called as a witness.
