Sinead O'Connor, the queen of the under-glam look, has unveiled a sexy new makeover. Jaws dropped and collective gasps were heard around the globe.
The reason for the massive change? It is for the cover of her new album 'I'm Not Bossy, I'm The Boss'. The 47-year-old is infamous for her anti-industry style, openly being disdainful of the pressure put on celebrities (and women in general) to look a certain way to be perceived as attractive. However, O'Connor loves to shock and by doing a complete 180, she has managed to garner a huge response to the new look.
In regards to her album name, the singer revealed that she changed the name of the album after being inspired by Facebook exec Sheryl Sandberg's Ban Bossy campaign which is taking a stand against strong women being branded “bossy”.
If her new album is as different as her marketing campaign, we honestly have no idea what to expect. Her album will be released in Australia on August 8.
