Sheppard Australia 2024 Tour

Sheppard
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

Australian pop superstars Sheppard will celebrate their fourth studio album ‘ZORA’, live with fans this October-November when they hit the road for a string of shows.

Amy, Emma and George, who are currently based in Nashville. will present tracks from their recent ARIA #1 album on stops around the country.

“We knew that fans back here at home have been waiting for us to return from Nashville to tour again. There is no better feeling than being onstage here in Australia and watching our fans turn the show into a massive party,” the band shares.

As part of the celebrations, Sheppard are set to make a ‘by demand’ return to the main stage at tropical North Queensland music festival Savannah In The Round, as well as bringing the positive vibes to The Carnival Of Cups in Young (New South Wales).

Sheppard are one of Brisbane’s most successful bands ever with more than a billion streams worldwide – their debut LP ‘Bombs Away’ hit #2 on the ARIA Chart, with 2018’s ‘Watching The Sky’ reaching #1 and 2021’s ‘Kaleidoscope Eyes’ arriving at #2. This new ARIA #1 album explores themes of resilience, hope, despair and strength – with that classic anthem pop Sheppard sound.

“The album revolves around the rejuvenating nature of light and that no matter how dark life at times can feel, a new sunrise is just around the corner,” Frontman George Sheppard says. “Throughout any family ordeal or crisis (which no doubt every family goes through), we constantly look up to our Croatian Baba (grandma) whose name is Zora.”

Opening the live shows will be friend of Sheppard and multi-platinum dance music artist Joylon Petch. He’s received two ARIA and MTV EMA Award nominations, and has had 11 #1 singles on the ARIA Club Charts, including his rework of Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Dreams’, featuring Reigan.

Tickets are on sale 1 August at 11am AEST.
