If there was one act Bluesfest Festival Director Peter Noble OAM was desperate to secure, it was Paolo Nutini – and Paolo, along with six other acts, has now been officially locked in for Bluesfest and will join the already huge line-up in 2023.
Paolo has scores of fans worldwide, including none other than Adele. He has sold out massive venues such as The Alexandra Palace in the UK. Paolo will open Bluesfest in 2023.
Other artists joining Paolo Nutini in this fresh drop of new acts set to hit Bluesfest are The Angels, Ash Grunwald, Backsliders, The Bros. Landreth, Eugene ‘Hideaway’ Bridges, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, and Yirrmal.
“With this Bluesfest announcement for Bluesfest 2023, our 34th event, it is becoming clear that the return of international live artists mixed with great Aussie and Kiwi talent will be seen for the first time in Australia, at the level it was before the COVID years,” Festival Director Peter Noble OAM says.

Bluesfest takes place at Byron Events Farm (Byron Bay) 6-10 April, 2023.
