A music show host commented on his ex-girlfriend's outfit during a video interview. And that's how the fight started.
The interview was happening at the Russian Music Box awards ceremony on the red carpet when the host said she looked ridiculous like 'Puss In Boots'. Taking exception to the comment, Alina Yan retaliated by attacking the man known only as Roman.
The pair the were believed to have broken up only the day before. She pecked, provoked and whacked him before he'd finally had enough and retaliated.
In a classic case of upstaging, the video shows the beseiged man – who at one stage looks to take the high ground by moving to the other side of the set – also playing his part in further antagonising Alina by walking in front of her and and effectively cutting her out of shot. She retorted claiming that he had cheated on her.
The video shows the pair still at it off-stage while the other people party to the interview exit and leave them to it.
