RÜFÜS DU SOL Are Still 'Alive' With The Release Of Their First New Music In 3 Years

RÜFÜS DU SOL are back with their new single 'Alive'.
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

It's a been a three-year minute since we last heard from Aussie electronic maestros RÜFÜS DU SOL – and the wait has been worth it.

New single 'Alive' is a brooding, stylish electronic jam bursting with goosebump feels and lead singer Tyrone Lindqvist's emotion-drenched vocals layered over moody, futuristic productions that will weave their way through every atom of your being.

"It's a heavier song in some ways, but at its core it's hopeful," offers Lindqvist, detailing the song's personal background dealing with the COVID issues of the past year.

"We are – all of us – living in this transitional moment right now and we wanted to focus on the hope that the future holds for us all. To focus on the light at the end of this tunnel."

While there's no word on an Australian tour from the Grammy nominated trio (at the moment), the group recently revealed their biggest headline tour of North America selling 70,000 tickets in the first 3 days of sales.
