American bedroom pop singer-songwriter, ROLE MODEL is bringing his world tour to Australia early 2025.
Currently on the road in the US with Gracie Abrams, the 'Blind' hitmaker will headline concerts in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide next February.After releasing his debut album 'Rx' in 2022, spawning such bangers as 'Forever&More' 'NeverLetYouGo' and 'If Jesus Saves, She's My Type', in July ROLE MODEL released his sophomore record, 'Kansas Anymore'.
With over 45 million streams to date, 'Kansas Anymore' is a folk-tinged, lyric-driven album as ROLE MODEL processes the grief of his last relationship. With production from Noah Conrad, Ian Fitchuk, Scott Harris and Jonah Shy, 'Kansas Anymore' features the viral singles 'Deeply Still In Love' and 'Frances'.
He recently performed 'Deeply Still In Love' on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!', the song having amassed more than 371 million views on TikTok across 40,000-plus creates.
"'Kansas Anymore' is YOURS now after two years in the making," ROLE MODEL posted, "I appreciate you standing by me through the silence. The only thing I wanted with this album was to have something I could listen to when I miss home.
"I wasn't expecting the response I've seen so far and the fact that you're connecting with it top to bottom has brought a lot of tears to my eyes. There are so many people I need to thank for putting up with me and embracing all my ideas, but I'm genuinely horrified I'm going to miss a name, so I'll just say you all know who you are and I love you.

Joining ROLE MODEL on his Australian dates will be Medium Build, the queer singer-songwriter born Nick Carpenter.
With such songs as 'Be Your Boy', 'Never Learned To Dance' and 'Crying Over U', Medium Build created a loyal following in his home town Anchorage, Alaska, before relocating recently to Nashville, moving closer to his southern roots and dedicating himself to his musical career.
