Rob Thomas Australia 2025 Tour

Rob Thomas
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and some beyond.

More than half a decade since his last visit, Rob Thomas returns to Australia in 2025.

The '3AM' and 'Little Wonders' hitmaker (who also fronts pop-rock icons Matchbox 20) will be touring his forthcoming sixth solo album 'All Night Days' as well as celebrating the 20th anniversary of his debut solo record, 'Something To Be'.

The tour will visit Perth (two shows), Adelaide, Melbourne (two shows), Sydney (two shows) and Brisbane this October-November. "Aussie fans have always been incredible to me," declares Rob.

"I can't wait to come back and share these songs – old and new – on what's going to be a very special run of shows across one of my favourite places in the world," Thomas adds. "We'll also be celebrating the 20th anniversary of my debut album 'Something To Be'."

Released in April 20005, 'Something To Be' debuted at #1 on the US Billboard 200 albums chart, knocking off Mariah Carey's 'The Emancipation Of Mimi' record. The album provided Rob with his first solo hits, including 'Lonely No More', 'Ever The Same', 'Streetcorner Symphony' (that features John Mayer's guitar) and 'This Is How A Heart Breaks'.

Fans can also expect to hear some of their favourite Matchbox 20 bangers as well as material from 'All Night Days', where Rob harnesses the same heart, energy, and spirit that cemented him as a generational artist, beginning with the single 'Hard To Be Happy'.

Tickets on sale from 12pm (local time) on 29 May.
