Returning for their fourth appearance at Miami Marketta, this Australian quartet gifted us with an evening (28 May) of heartwarming melodies and infectious energy that left us begging for an encore.After recently returning from their adventures in the US and Europe, Spacey Jane have embarked on a regional cities tour across Australia, with the Gold Coast show being the fifth stop.
Their presence was like a warm embrace from a long-lost friend, spreading wholesome vibes and connecting us through the power of music.
Cutting through the air like a knife were the first chords of 'Thrills', and an over-excited "Woo!", which instantly transported us into a world where worries ceased to exist, and only good vibes remained.

From the infectious rhythms of 'Skin' to the uplifting anthem 'Lunchtime', Spacey Jane effortlessly created an atmosphere that felt like a warm hug from your favourite childhood teddy bear.
As their musical journey unfolded, the wholesome vibes of the band enveloped us taking us on a delightful sonic adventure. 'Straightfaced' and 'Sitting Up' cast a spell with their celestial harmonies, while 'Yet' and 'Sawteeth' had us slowly swaying in unison, captivated by their melodic prowess.
The intense dance anthems 'Weightless' and the soul-stirring 'Pulling Through' struck a chord deep within, evoking emotions we didn't know we had. And when they unleashed the irresistible power of 'Good Grief', it was like a burst of positive energy that reverberated through the entire venue, leaving us in awe.

However, the night didn't end there. Spacey Jane graced us with a four-song encore that felt like an encore to life itself.
'Balmy' washed over us like a refreshing breeze, while 'Hardlight' lit up the stage with its infectious hooks. 'Booster Seat' (Hottest 100 royalty) propelled us to new heights, and 'Good For You' left us anything but sleeping rough after one of the best shows Miami has seen all year.
