The Sunshine Coast will welcome a new music festival with the arrival of Monsoon RockStock.
The independent event (taking place at Lake Kawana Community Centre 4 March) will be headlined by Regurgitator, Frenzal Rhomb and King Parrot for an explosive day of rock, punk and metal.

Local, heavy rockers Darkc3ll and Osaka Punch are also on the bill. The rest of line-up features a stack of local talent including Hobo Magic, Transvaal Diamond Syndicate, Holistic, Not To Regret and New Clear Vision.
And with just two stages running back to back, there won't be any risk of band clashes. Score.
