Spread across 13 events, the Red Hot Summer Tour crew are bringing back the live music feels and festival hangs with your best mates in 2022 with festivals planned in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland.
To take place between February and May, event organisers have also brought together an excellent collection of Aussie rock & roll top-tier acts of the past few decades headlined by ARIA Hall Of Fame members Hunters & Collectors (who have reformed for their 40th anniversary).Joining the 'Holy Grail' legends will be fellow Aussie rock royalty James Reyne, The Living End and The Angels as well as '80-'90s pub-rock mainstays Baby Animals and Boom Crash Opera not to mention four-time ARIA Award winners Killing Heidi.
"We are thrilled to be able to return to the stage in 2022 with this magnificent line-up and revisit many of the shows that were lost to COVID," promoter Duane McDonald says.
"We continue to be blown away by the support we have received from audiences.
"To everyone who has and continues to support us and the live music industry, you are the reason we do what we do and keep creating these memories. We can't wait to see you in 2022."
The Red Hot Summer caravan will visit a host of capital and regional centres: Sydney, Melbourne Illawarra, Barossa, Victor Harbor, Ballarat, Wodonga, Swan Valley, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Cairns.
With some of these shows (Kiama, Barossa, Ballarat) rescheduled from 2020, there are only limited tickets available (for those events) with promoters expecting all events to sell-out.
Tickets on sale from 10am local time 14 October. More information.
