The saying 'the early bird catches the worm' has got an upgrade, with the early bird this year catching a red deer, as sales for the biggest Red Deer Festival go on sale tomorrow (6 May).
Join this year's herd on 22 October at Mt Samson's unique natural amphitheatre and with a new partnership alongside Visit Moreton Bay Region, this year's festival will highlight all that the Moreton Bay has to offer. "Early bird tickets are a chance for the Red Deer faithful to save a pretty penny," says Mt Samson land owner and festival organiser Julian De Maria.
Punters at Red Deer Music Festival, 2015Red Deer alumni include The Grates, Regurgitator, The Kite String Tangle and Kingswood. So there are plenty of reasons to buy early. "Last year they sold out in a matter of hours," Julian says.
Red Deer have also opened applications to begin their hunt for a team of energetic and passionate volunteers, as well as eclectic stall holders, scrumptious food vendors and local businesses keen to join the party.
Red Deer Festival's early bird tickets are on sale 7am May 6.
