Some of the most iconic and memorable screen music ever written will be performed live by Queensland Symphony Orchestra in two very special concert events next year.


'From Jaws To Jurassic Park: The Music Of John Williams' will celebrate the incredible music of one of the most beloved film composers of all time in two concerts on 24 February at QPAC's Concert Hall in Brisbane.


Winner of 5 Academy and 23 Grammy Awards, John Williams has composed the scores to more than 100 films, creating some of the most iconic soundtracks ever performed, from 'Star Wars', 'Superman', 'Schindler’s List', 'Jaws', 'Jurassic Park', 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind' and 'Harry Potter'.

Performed live by Queensland Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Guy Noble and complete with spectacular lighting, this will be one of the music events of 2018.

Queensland Symphony Orchestra presents 'From Jaws To Jurassic Park: The Music Of John Williams' Saturday 24 February at 2pm & 7.30pm.
