Korean-Canadian indie band PRVYT – pronounced 'private' – bring their 'Back To Reality' tour to Australia early 2026, with headline concerts in Melbourne and Sydney.
A meteoric rise since forming on Discord in 2023, PRVYT's lush blend of dreamy, hazy, reverb-soaked guitars and hypnotic, laidback grooves has seen them create such hits as 'If It's Not You', 'Blue Salvia' and 'Tell Me, Will We Survive?'.
After releasing their debut album '&Scene' last year, last month PRVYT released their sophomore record 'Back To Reality' that features 'Palette', 'Next To Me, Again' and 'How Was Your Day?'.
The pairing of Hanuel and JT, at times the lyrics slip between English and Korean, but the emotions they convey transcend language, and the result is more than just an album.
It's a borderless sonic world to get lost in, an immersive, cinematic blend of alt-rock and bedroom pop that erases time and distance, allowing millions of listeners to find each other and themselves in the process.
"'Back To Reality', our second album 💐," PRYVT posted. "12 songs. 12 stories. Thank you to everybody who has helped us on this journey to get here and for our fans continuing to support and listen to our music."
Adds Hanuel: "[I] didn't think we'd be able to do this, let alone have people wait for us. Thank you to everyone that made this album possible and thank you to everyone that listens.
"It would not be the same without you guys. I can't wait to play these songs live for you all 🩶 see you very soon."
