If you're one of the 22 people Prince recently filed a lawsuit against for posting links to unauthorised recordings of his concerts, good news — Prince doesn't want to sue you anymore.
Prince was going after the 22 anonymous bootleggers (who posted concert footage to Facebook and other websites) for $1 million each, but has apparently decided that suing his fans may not be the ideal way to promote his forthcoming album with 3rdEyeGirl, 'Plectrumelectrum'.
In fact, Prince has posted a snippet of 'Pretzelbodylogic', a new track from the album, to YouTube.
TMZ reports that Prince has filed legal documents in California's federal court to dismiss the lawsuit, but he's done so 'without prejudice', meaning he can refile the suit whenever he feels like it.
That's right, guys — Prince can sue you for $1 million any time he likes. But not... just... yet.
He'll be watching you.
