After an extended break from the touring scene, Sydney seven-piece Papa Pilko And The Binrats return to the road with what is arguably the band's most diverse and dynamic work to date.
Their new single, 'Bloodlines', is the first release since the bands debut LP, 'Till The End Of The Road', back in August, 2015, and will see the lads on a nine-stop tour up and down the east coast of the country.
"The track itself deals with the ideas of feeling outcast from everyday society and comes from a reasonably dark place, which can be heard in the opening few minutes of the song,” band member Tom Wilkinson says.
“Since the subject matter was quite intense we felt like it would be good to do a more lighthearted video with a bit of humour behind it, so we got in touch with our friend Mikaela in Wollongong who graciously let us use her house to film at and we basically just had a backyard bbq/ house party and filmed it. Luckily the director and good mate of ours, Mitch Payne, is an absolute legend behind the lens and managed to put together something that far exceeded our expectations!"
'Bloodlines' is available now.
