Sydney rockers The Iron Horses will release their newest single, 'April Rain', on Monday.

A track about the regret and remorse that takes over the morning after a heavy night, the lads have shared the song with scenestr so you can give it a spin today. Friday bonus.

"I think everyone can relate. Everyone has been there. Maybe just not as often as me," The Iron Horses vocalist Duncan Welsh says.

"The song came together quickly in the studio with Ciaran’s lead riff coming pretty much from the first time we jammed it through. When it came to recording, we changed the structure on the day to get into the chorus a bit quicker, which I think worked well."

The Iron Horses will support The Cherry Dolls at their Sydney show (Brighton Up Bar) 13 January.
