Adelaide roots warrior Kelly Brouhaha will release her new single 'As Long As There's A Smile' – her first new music in almost three years – on 23 June.
But today you can have an exclusive first listen by streaming the song below.
Kelly recorded ‘As Long As There’s A Smile’ with producer Marty Brown in the same location that Clare Bowditch recorded the album that changed Kelly’s life, 'The Winter I Chose Happiness'.
"That album for me was a real turning point in my career, the messages on that record to follow your heart encouraged me to quit my day job, I was on my very first solo tour in 2012 when I first heard it and totally freaking out. After hearing that I came home and quit my job," Kelly explains.
"To be able to record [my album] in the same place [Clare's] album was made was something really special and I think we really captured the vibe of the lyrics this time around."
