Melbourne-based singer-songwriter Hannah Campbell is releasing her debut EP, 'For Your Love', 24 November, with the single of the same name dropping tomorrow.
But Hannah has given us the exclusive premiere of 'the For Your Love' single today. The EP is a 'diary of the late nights and wine, long days in the sunshine, sorrow, and love of the past four years'.
"Recording this single was such an awesome process because it was all done with a team of my best friends, who happen to also be some of the most skilled musicians and producers I know," Hannah says.
"Producing the tune with people I love had a magical kind of serendipity to it, it was very meta because the thread of love and friendship that runs so deeply through this song was really present while we were locked away in the studio making it happen.
"Donovan Lee produced the tune and played drums, Sam Besmehn-Burt played guitar and bass, and we had a late-night-beery recording session which produced the cameo backing vocals appearances from Brad Hosking, Dylan and Kyla Blacksmith, and Kelly Wintour in that massive final chorus."
